A big family

How are you coping with your kids, his kids and common kids? We've got 2 of each, and we're not doing too bad. The main reason being that all the adults involved are sensible people.(Grandparents, uncles, aunts and ex'es). These constellations can be difficult, though. How are you coping?

We have 4 kids but they are all "ours". So that makes things easier. There are only 2 grandparents to deal with in total--my dad and his mom.
4 kids is really starting to wear me out, though. They are 6, 5, 4 and 11 months. It is just me and my husband. We have no family or friends any where near us and the kids are with us 24/7 every day of the year.
