How do I build a website.

My husband is a realtor and wants me to build a website for him. I am thinking about going with Yahoo. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which is better?
It has got to be simple.

try bravenet.com, you can find a good template collection, and easy to build.

i think if you know how to use the msfrontpage you can start a simple website on your own to start with and get it hosted by some provider. i did make using it long back. you can check it www.sarvadu.netfirms.com just a homepage.
