The criterion while selecting a job should be money or job satisfaction? It is a critical choose

Obviously this is an option because sometime and somewhjere you cannot select a job but find a job. Every job but a job. Obviously if you have the option the best way is the satisfaction. Money is a criteria too but maybe for a not long term job.

Job satisfaction should be the primary one. This includes how it interacts with home life.
