how long till get your first payment

how actually does mylot calculate the earning. It's difficult to get even a single cent. But sometimes, it suddenly add till more than expected. what is actually happening. when people reply us, do we get earning also ? any one knows ?

there isn't an exact way..it happens even to me sometimes i post a lot and earn nothing, and the day after i post less and earn more money...
