Yes, I read it...a great book that held my interest. I finished it in 3 days because I picked it up every time I had a minute or two. If you have not read it, I recommend it. It is a fast, enjoyable, thought-provoking work of fiction. It is definitely worth reading.

I have read it and I liked it very much. I haven't yet seen the movie. When I read DaVinci Code, I had just finished reading Angels and Demons, and in a lot of ways I found that book superior. I have heard that it is being optioned to become a movie.

It was interesting and well written, but I don't agree with all of it.

I only read this book a month or so ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a lot of really cool historical facts in it that totally cleared some things up for me as well as just being a very entertaining book.

I read DaVinci Code and thought Dan Brown did a superb job of reeling you in and setting the pace on high octane. He is a gifted writer, and recomend the reading of his other books as well.

Yes, I read it long before the film was released and was astounded at the blatant plagiarism of it. Years before I'd read "The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail"(1982) and found it an enthralling work of historically well- researched brilliance by two outstanding historians, Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh.
Brown's badly written fiction paled in comparison to the factual thesis from which it was so obviously copied. As a work of pulp-fiction it would have a certain appeal to the mass of soapie-conditioned consumers but as a work of literature it leaves a lot to be desired; the characters are weak, the sub-plots are thin and to an extent non-existent and the scenario jumps stretch an already tired imagination.
They should've made a docco from the first book and left Tom Hanks to look for another film to crucify.

Nope, I haven't read the DaVinci Code book, and I guess I won't... because I don't really like reading books, and I missed the DaVinci Code movie, I guess it's cool but sicne I don't read the book, I guess I won't relate to the movie well.
