So I grew up on the blue box Kraft Mac n' Cheese, and I proudly admit, I still eat the good ole' kraft. However, does anyone have a good authentic recipe -- I would like to make for a bbq style meal I'm cooking, but I've never made it from scratch.
Thanks!

I useally just use chedder cheese and elbow noodles and bake it in the oven . I love the way it turns out :)
But I still use the kraft too for just those everyday meals, cause most the time i don't feel like making a meal that takes longer than 30 minutes lol.

Well I do have a homemade one, but it still very easy to make. I take cut up chunks of Velvetta chesse (in the big block) and melt that with alittle milk over cooked macaroni noodles. It is very creamy and it melts nice. Still simple but a nice change of pace from the "ole kraft." (Which I will admit I love as well!)
