Why do men cheat?Why do women cheat?

To me the reason that people cheat on other people. Is due to the fact that their is no love in the relationship. That there is no trust. That they are not happy. They are not ready to settle down. That they can not trust the other people. That they have low self esteems.

People cheat for numerous reasons i suppose. And i guess what you said can be one of it. To my opinion, people cheat because they're not contented with what they have. Theys till for something missing. Theyre not getting enough of what they wanted with their current lives and seek more. And then they cheat. I think people also cheat because they are unhappy which is a result of not being contented. They cheat because they need to satisfy the way they feel and the only way he can dot hat is look elsewhere i suppose. I think people cheat because they miss the excitement and the thrill in their old lives. they think they can relive it again by using the thrill and mystery of cheating behind their partners back. I think thats's why...

Both men and woman cheat for almost the same reasons. They cheat because there is not enough love, care, affection, sexuality. These are most general reasons why.

there are a lot of reasons why people do the things they do... but cheating is partly caused by low self esteem.. the need to find satisfaction from other people than the they are in a relationship with... its a form of feeling a void inside a person in a very unhealthy and desctructive kind of way..

I personally think that the reason behind cheating is simple. 1.) Because they arent getting enough of what they want at home. OR 2.) They don't love the person they are with. 3.) Low esteem Many people that cheat just don't love the person that they are with, but rather than leave them, they stay because they are afraid to tell the truth about no love being there. Others may not be afraid to tell the truth, they just don't want to hurt the other person. But I don't think that they understand it will hurt them more to know that you are cheating on them. It's best ot just tell somebody if you don't love them. Having low self esteem can also be a reason for many people to cheat. They think that they better keep who they can, while they have them. This usually tends to be the case with overweight people, because they are usually very weak, and vulnerable, but at the same time selfless.

Humans and animals are made for multiple partners. Its biological. To ensure that the weak ones also get their partners we have evolved the system of marriage. It is just a question of succumbing to basic instincts. There are many who love their partner but would not mind a fling here and there, like Bill Clinton.
