are men the true romantic?

i think all people has their own romantic side. and when i talk about being romantic, its not just the usual material gifts or sweet words... being romantic can be showed in many ways that other people think is ordinary. cos like what the other poster says, "its in the head"... anyways, one of the most romantic thing that my lover has did to me is when out of the blue, he'll look at my eyes and kiss me on my forehead... ;)
