How much T.V should a child watch?

I think that kids should not watch alot of t.v.
Either should Adults.
I find in our days that kids don't take enough air.
They are either glued to the t.v or playing video games.
Witch I find sad! So how many hours a week should a child be able to watch T.V?

In my opinion kids should not watch TV for more than two hours a day and the same for video games. Playing video games just burdens the mind and the concentration power also decreases. But while playing outdoor games they get fresh air which is good for health and it also does not have any addiction like video games.
