I am wandering if there is any internet sites that can help my daughter and son read better. My son is in 6th grade and stumbles over words most knows at age 12 and my daughter is reading a grade level lower than her class, she's in 4th and reads barely at a 3rd grade level.I was hopeing to find a free site that offers help. I wanted something like hooked on phonics or something in the area. But all the sites seem to ask a price.Any ideas?

Just take them to a library. Help them find books to suit their interests, and get them reading. Don't worry too much about numbers like reading levels. Just get them interested in reading, and they'll catch up to and surpass everyone else. Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew are always good choices, Lemony Snicket and Harry Potter are great too.
