What is the best brand of printer?

I need to buy a printer and with all the choices out there I'm lost. I need a printer that can scan and copy. I've been told that certain brands ink cartridges are very expensive to replace. So I need an all around good printer. Any ideas?

i'm not sure but i think this has been asked before, it all depends on each persons preference, me i always use hewlett packard because i have never had a problem with them and i find that they are good value and quality for money but some people like canon, some people like lexmark it's all down to personal prefernce.
