spending paypal amount with ebay??

HI AM HAVING PAYPAL INDIAN ACCOUNT..AND IT UNVERIFIED AS I DONT HAVE CREDITCARD IN MY NAME..SO WITH THIS UNVERIFIED ACCOUNT CAN I BUY PRODUCTS IN EBAY OR ANYOTHER WEBSITE..CAN I USE THIS UNVERIFIED ACCOUNT FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS..LIKE BUYING BOOKS...REGISTERING WEBSITEs???IS IT POSSEIBLE.??

You can use unverified account for online transactions. In the case of ebay, if you are seller, some buyers may not trust you because they are going to pay you thru that mode. So be verified to gain buyers confidence. If you are the buyer, then unverified account will not take into consideration because you will need to give details for purchases afterall

really thanks for putting up this discussion malini. for quite some time now i've been having the same question in ma mind. i got a few bucks at paypal and i'm not quite sure whether i cud do something with that money unless we get it verified. i don even hv a credit card.

Yes.. You can buy the products from paypal unverified account and from few other sites as well. But I will suggest you to get your paypal account verified and if you don't have a credit card, then you can even add card of some other person like any of your friends or any family member and there 1.95$ dollar will be deducted from the card.
