Anyone have any experience with this? I tried to send some money online to my buddy back home. I had to call them up to complete the transfer, I talk to this lady she asks some questions to verify I'm the card holder. She claims that they can't verify because they are having trouble locating me because my cards billing address is back in Massachusetts and I am stationed out here in Hawaii. She asked me both address, last four of social, DOB yadda yadda yadda. Then she puts me on hold, then comes back and tells me they can't verify it and so just give her my full social so she can send the money.
I got kind of weirded out giving some random lady my full social and whatnot over the phone. Is that normal for them to need that?

Yes this is usually the Norm. I sent money one time and I recieved the same treatment, not what I would have liked to do. But it eventually worked out in the longrun.
