So my sister tells me about this sight called my space. I got addicted to it. I cant seem to pull my self away from the sight. now I hear that it is closing cuz some people found a way to get all your persnoul info. now I dont know if this is true do you. and if it is then how meany of thees type sights do we need to woire about.

actually Tom sent out a msg not to long ago on the bulletin area.. it is NOT closing down..those are rumors. There is a link you can check on MySpace for rumors and such.

There was a couple of kids who got caught trying to blackmail MySpace saying they had found a way to get everyone's personal information and were going to sell the program on the internet if Myspace didn't pay them a very large amount of money. They are headed to jail now.
I think MySpace has updated their security so it shouldn't be a problem. I seriously doubt they would close MySpace for something like that. At least not for any great length of time.
My band's MySpace page is still up and running.
And yes MySpace is very easy to get addicted to!! LOL.
