Hi, is anyone else going through "THE CHANGE" awwwwwwwww
I just quit my job, not so much cause of the pain but I can no longer childishness and immaturity from others. YOu know, the back stabbers, I just walked out
I hope I am not losing it, thinking of writing a book about how "THE CHANGE" changes you
if anyone is interested let me know
this is an illness and needs to be considered as such for those who are really suffering.

I've been there and come out the other side. I have a new phrase that sums it all up for me. I've been a grown up, I didn't like it, I regerssed. I just felt that I needed to make a complete change in my life and went for it big time. Honestly though, I feel so much better now than I did, life is getting better although it is hard going through it. The physical symptoms are sometimes uncomfortable and embarassing but it does go away. I don't think this could be regarded as an illness as such, more a medical condition.

Thank you for your thoughts and summing it up so well,
you are right it is a condition, but sometimes it is crippling to the point that it is hard to focus and engage in activities that were completed with ease, oohh, i hope this passess
thank you

Not there yet, but I am a writer...I am intrigued by your project because I saw and still remember my mom going thru 'the change' (I still have about 5 or so years to go and I know that it does affect each woman differently and some very badly...while others just breeze through it!
Good luck on the book project, it sounds like a winner!

i guess i'm heading for it and have sisters who are going through it but none have had extreme symptons like you. my sisters are on hrt so not sure if that makes a difference. there are natural substances you can take to help, and soya also helps, take soya milk etc look for herbal cures that contain phytoeostrogens as they can help. Good luck with this and I hope you are getting some help from your doctor.

Hi there. I went through the change early. As for back stabbers at work; I know what you mean. Believe me, there are enough ways to earn a living available. You don't have to put up with any of that. Good for you for walking out!
