I know it doesnt seem like much but its been exactly 72 now since my last cigarette, i've finally decided to quit completely and its been 3 days woo hoo lol

Good For You!!! Congratulations!!! Kepp up the good work, I know how hard it is to quit and 72 hours IS a big deal.
