what is the best way to relax when you are in depression ?

One should practice meditation, a lot. Meditation calms the mind and relieves tension. It gives a fresh feeling. Prevention is better than cure. so, we must all meditate everyday, whether or not we are in depression.

Running, which is a form of moving meditation, I think. It releases endorphins, which can lift the spirits of weary souls. Abd just being outside is soothing for me.

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

Well I suffer from depression and sometimes the thoughts that race through my head all at once can be enough to actually make me exhausted. When things get that out of hand, I find that taking a hot bubble bath puts my mind at ease a little bit, even if it is just for an hour. Sleep is something else that provides temporary relief, but in the long run pulls you into an even deeper state of depression.

I feel the best way to fight depression is to be jocular. one should realise that this life is a blend of joy and sorrow and no man born in this planet can elude either one
