Yesterday we got severe flood watches in my area, it rained most the night and morning here...However, earlier in the day, I saw where a tornado that has hit Enterprise Alabama, killing 6 people as well as surrounding at least 5 states with tornado watches. Then you have the blizzard in the midwest that's getting +15 inches of snow, also I forgot the city but they had servere hail...and over to the east tons of rain... Today, I'm watching the news and a earthquake hits San Franciso. Now taking this all into mind, I have to admit, it's rather scary just the thought, because I never saw so many weather changes and such all going on around the same time... Have you heard or seen the news as to all the different types of weather going on around the USA? What are your thoughts to all this? Please share...

We are having it here in Canada too.....between the snow, ice, rain and small tornadoes touching down, nearby and they are strong ewnough to destroy small barns,we've never had them before.....EVER and this is 3 since September.....thank god they don't stay long.....it is devastating the way our weather is changing, here and in the USA.....I don't even watch the news anymore,I cry more over the heartbreak in the states than I do over a sad movie

Yes, I agree with you there..It's really sad, I know it's natural and have no control over it. One day its snow, ice, and low in degrees (32 and below), turn right back around the next day and its a bit warmer (45) clear blue skies...I can't wait until warmer weather

I think all these types of natural disasters has to do with global warming. We are neglecting our environment which is leading to these tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and other disasters. We had severe icing a couple weeks ago and then some more sleet and snow recently but nothing too serious like what has been killing people throughout the country. The weather is really wacky.

Yes it is..It's scary..So far the past 2 days, it has been pretty good just windy as ever..But clear blue skies...It's snowed here pretty bad, 2 days later it was in the 50's...I've watched our weather go from 30 degrees to high 40's the next day...

The weather is really becoming unpredictable and it is really getting scary to see this coming right in front of us and we can't do anything about it. I don't live in the US, but i live in the Philippines. We haven't experience major catastrophe like what you are experiencing there. I only saw it in CNN and it was scary to see houses being blown off.

Yes indeed. All this going on at one time or around the same time. The other night was pretty bad, It really started raining hard when I was on the road to work. Thank goodness, I can drive in the rain, however, it's the other people that I worry about...

tornadoes - bad weather, tornadoes
Yes I couldn't believe the bad weather the States was getting. All those poor kids in that school. It is really sad. It just seems to get worse and worse every year. I watch it on CNN all the time. I'm so grateful that we don't have to deal with that but my heart goes out to those that do.

Actually, the Bible predicted this thousands of years ago so I've been expecting it. God said in the book of Revelation that in the last days there would be earthquakes and storms and the weather would be really strange. I don't remember the exact quote and I'm not going to look for it at the moment but read the book of Revelation for yourself and you'll find out that a lot of what it predicted a couple of thousand years ago is now coming to pass. People don't want to hear that but it's true nonetheless.

The weather is just getting so unpredictable. This winter we have only had snow 2 times an we usually have snow alot during the winter. The first was only 2 inches and the second was 13 inches. It is crazy. It seems like it is only getting worse and worse. It used to be a thunderstorm wasn't much of anything, but now almost every one is severe. It is really scary.

Yes it is...Last 2 years here it hardly snowed..Last year it didn't even snow much and was very warm by the end of Feb. Spring came very early here for us..now this year...I feel like it was a reality check, like don't get your hopes up high because eventually this year you going to see snow..and we did 2 times already, even a severe ice storm...It's very very scary..

I hardly watch the news.. but I heard about the tornado hitting a school and killed people. It was so sad.. I'm not sure if it's the same one you're talking about in Alabama. I hope there wasn't another one. I know it's been very cold in Ohio. A friend of mine lives there and she said it has been snowing the past few months and so much.. Where I live, there's so snow or anything dangerous with the weather.. just rain and a little cold right now.. I'm lucky.. Do you know exactly in San Francisco the earthquake hit?

I definately think this all has to do with global warming. The earth is going thru more changes every year; the weather is more and more severe. If we don't do something to stop it, the ice caps will melt, and the seas will rise 25'- covering florida completely! (personally, I don't think there is anything one can do to sufficiently stop this- we waited too long, and now it's too late.)
