Do you ever wonder what it would be like if a sibling didnt pass away?

Has anyone lost a younger sibling and do you ever wonder what life would be like if they hadnt passed away? I have a little sister who passed away when she was a month and three days old. She was born 3 months early and was just premature and really sick. She died back in 1990 and I was about two and a half years old. At the time i really didnt understand what happened and i didnt understand untill i was bout 12-13. But now i often just sit down and wonder what life would be like if she didnt pass away. I wonder if we would have been close and if we would be best friends. I often just cry because I never got to experience any sort of bond with her really. Because she never left the hospital and I didnt see her much.
