Why do kids play thier MUSIC so Darn loud?????

My daughter and her boyfriend went out on a supervised date so they carried Lauras Grandma along with them to go to the movies since she didnt want her daddy to go along with them. When they pulled out of the yard the music was so loud it shook the house. Can someone help me here to get them to turn the rap music off or turn it down where I cant here it. I know my Mother has a head ache from it being so loud.

I don't have any great solution. Probably the more you say anything about it, the more they will want to continue doing it. It really does affect their hearing which we're beginning to see as a problem for college aged kids.

I understand that i ask and I ask but I dont seem to get through to them period.
