Just want to warn people out there who's searching for a job online. Be prudent enough to know if it's for real or not. I almost got scammed a few days ago. Thank God that I found out that it is a scam before I send the money. At first I thought that it is for real... he sent me real documents and stuff. He even using a real immigration lawyer's name... a real website... but when I investigate it thouroughly, I found out that he is completely a scammer because I was able to contact the real lawyer. He said that he has nothing to do with the transaction and there's a lot of people who are contacting him who already gave money. JUST A WARNING!!! Have you ever been scammed before?

I also was very close but thank God someone warned me about it first. Before I found several jobs, that I really do get payed from now from some online sites, I searched and searched and almost payed 20.00 for one of those data entry jobs. I knew alot of them were scams but this one in particular that I found on a classifieds site sounded so real and I almost fell for it. So a girl posted a warning and said she had gotten scammed and all you were really paying for was instructions on how to go and scam other people from their 20.00 doing the same thing. 20.00 is just a little bit, but alot for someone who's getting that from tons of other people who are really trying to take a chance at a real job. Alot of those scams are only common sense, and so obvious, but there are some that seem to really look legit, but if it looks too good to be true than it probably is just that.

Good for you that you realized that it was a scam. Congratulations! :) What I know is that it is scam when they are asking for a money. Even if it only cost $10.00. In the first place, why we should we pay if we're the one who will work right?

Scams are fraud activities on net that promises a lot, like a high salary, extra income, work abroad, etc... where there is money involved. They're asking money from you in exchange of those promises but when they received the money, they suddenly nowhere to find. Just gone.

It's a good thing that you found out the truth before you sent some money. I have not been victimized by these so called scam. I suggest to thoroughly scrutinized all your online transactions before giving/sending any info or money for that matter.

Good for you dear.
You know I have the same experience about email scam, job scam. To be specific it is the HOTEL job SCAM in CANADA the "OMNI HOTEL."
Omni hotel itself is true, but the job which said to the email i received was not true. It was/is still a big scam.
Mrs. Rose Grand is the sender of the email, and she was asking about personal, passport, bank, etc. info.
But she is not lucky enough, I know she is a BIG SCAM.

Lucky for you. Keep on praying that you won't meet one. Really it is tempting. If you think it is too good to be true, most probably it is a scam.

I've been scammed 100s of times, sometimes you just have to accept a risk if you want to make a lot of money. That's just what you have to live with if you want to make money online.

Yes bjpbunny's right... you must investigate the person you're sending the money first. Just like what i did. But if there's no money involved, it's ok. Like you been working for a certain company online, and they didn't pay you. I think this is the scam that you got into. Am I right?
