Hi I am from philippines and I want to send money to my friend in the US via paypal. anyone here have done this? can you teach me how to do this? like where will I deposit my money and should I deposit it on a dollar account? I dont have credit card, is this a problem? I hope for a quick response. thanks

Why don't you used Xoom.com ,I think you could save there rather than paypal which is not applicable to our coutry. You could send money through paypal if you have some debit cards like VISA and Mastercard.
