Are you afraid of "Ghost"............?

As there are lot's of people who really get afraid of dark due to this they can't get proper sleep in the night and they avoid seeing all scary movie's is it because they think that the ghost might do anything to them or is that the fact that ghost's look's very scary which make's them scared.Give me your suggestion on this topic.

I would say a phobia of the dark usually starts when one is young.. kids might be frightened easily since they would have been exposed to e.g. ghost stories, etc and this fear feeds on the over-active and creative imagination that kids have.
When one is bigger, it could be because he has a guilty conscience... you know. :P
