why referrals are not active?

Hello dear mylotters,
Here is the issue with me.I have done a lot of ground work and added around 40 50 referrals and still continuing to do so.
But the challenge is that referrals are not active at mylot.
So ultimately I am not gaining that extra despite my effort.
How do you feel about it?Is it true for you?if not then what are the strategies you follow to make them active?
I am open to all ideas..

i think you're lucky to have 40-50 referrals ! i only have 3 however 2 of them are pretty active so thats good.. how did u get so many referrals ?
btw my tips for keeping ur referrals active is to encourage them. tell them how great mylot is and just keep encouraging them ! =)

Thanks..you get a + for that.Referrals is easy for me.Also i do encourage my referrlas do be active.Let's hope for the best.

for my seven months of being here, i only have 13 friends who signed up under me. and honestly? only two of them are active. well, not as active as i am. but atleast, they do log in and respond to some of the discussions.
let's face it, when we send friends invitations to join under us, they are just trying to be polite that's why they signed up. it does not mean necessarily that if they signed up under us, they will automatically active members.
well, i don't get disappointed. i work hard and i am happy with what and how much i earn here. better to be satisfied that try hard and get disappointed with people like them.

Teach me how to sign up 40 to 50 referrals as well. Then, we will work on strategies how to fire up these referrals. Before long, we'd be smiling at our monthly earnings statements.
I just can't seem to get more referrals. Till now, 5 only and most of the time, they never post anything at all.

It took time and whereevr I go i ask people to join and tell tehm about its benefits. so simple.

Well , first of all way to go on soo maney referrals I have none I am not good at refering ,but thats how the referral thing goes some are active and some are not .I have seen some people give insentives to be active not sure if that is allowed in all cases but maybe sending your referrals a nice email as long as its not spam and remind them about the site
