I have a few favourite recipes, that I'm always being asked to bring to parties. Do you have a favourite you'd like to share. Here's a couple of mine.
Salmon Roll Ups
spread cream cheese on tortillas
sprinkle with dill
add a thin layer of smoked salmon
roll up tortilla and cut in 1/2 inch slices
Garlic Cheese Spread
grate marble cheese
add lots of minced garlic
add enough miracle whip to bind together
let sit for at least 1 hr
serve with favourite crackers

here is a recipe for you
The Secret Recipe Appetizer
This is a really easy recipe I found on the Central Market website. Very easy but tasty.
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup Roquefort cheese or Stilton cheese, crumbled
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in microwave.
Blend cheese into butter.
Cut biscuits into 4 pieces.
Dip each piece in melted mixture and place on cookie sheet or small muffin tin.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes
hope you liked it
