Any user from North/South Korea?

I think there are plh enty of users from South Korea, but I'm 100% sure you wont find any users from DPRK (North Korea), as in North Korea Internet doesn't exist.They do have some sort of INTRAnet (like internet, but just for North Korea use). There is 1 line connecting DPRK with internet, but it is strictly controlled by DPRK goverment, it's just for KIM Jong Il and for some of Hihgest ranking officals.Thay had a plan to make a sattelite connection (made a contract with a German company), but until today it's not working.They have a domain name .KP , but there is no site with .KP on internet yet. I don't belive that any North Korean users will appear soon, becouse they even don't have internet, cell-phones (prohibited) , TV (they have tv sets with pre-programmed 2 goverment stations), ...
