The importance of literacy.
Many people I know, including myself, suffers due to the lack of education. My family suffers from poverty because they never learn the basics of financial education, what I mean, they are ignorant on how the money works.
I hate poverty because they are many things in my life that I need to be doing that I never get done because of the lack of money. This is my decision that whatever bad experience that I have with my family, I will not allow that to be pass on to the my next generation.
So recently, I do continue to study the ways of the rich, read books on financial basics, I'm reading books like "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, and I keep updating myself with something new, anything that would affects my financial health.

Dudesme, I admire your attitude for understanding the importance of literacy and actually doing something positive about it for yourself. You will go a long way further than your family because you have the desire and drive to want to do better. You are setting a positive role, and hopefully being an inspiration, for others in your family, and for other people in the same situation. Go Dude!!!
