Well more oftenly it happens to individuals. Routine work become boring. I am facing the same problem. Instead of getting bored with my routines I usually change my timings (work shifts) or after completing my tasks I go thorguh the newspapers, talk to my freinds on phone or on messengers.

maybe you are just stressed out or tired of doing the same thing everyday...we all experience that...why not modify something in your arsenal and try to do your work with different approach...you know how hard it is to look for a good and decent job these days with all that tough competition its a wild jungle out there in the unemployment world so better to think of it a lot of times before you proceed or suffer the consequence later on...

Well the best thing to do is ask yourself some questions. They are 1. Do you want to be in the same industry 2.Do you see yourself in a couple of years time working where you are, and 3. Can you go up to something bigger where you are eg. Manager if you are after something higher up that is.
If he answer is no to the first than look for another job. If the answer is no to the second one than lok for a job in the same industry but somewhere else. And if the answer is no to the third but want to become higher up but cant where you are working look for somewhere else.
It may seem easy but its not. Look toward your future where you are. And then decide if you could be doing something more with your life instead of working where you are not happy and need a job which you may want to be more involved with.

Hi, first thing I would like to ask to you, how long have you been in that company? And why you are bored? is it the nature of your job (like the lask you are handling) or the people you are working with?
Only you can answer why you are bored or not enjoying it. just answer the question why? and from there you'll see where you want to go and to do.
