Most of the time I do agree with that statement. Things do seem to get worse before they get better. But thank God for the bad so that we can appreciate the good.

it is what you make it.
imagine you been through something really bad. afterwards it's done and you went through it and all. so if you were hurt by it, thinking you're hurt you'll feel hurt. say you chose to learn something from it instead, because you have to be able to learn at least something. and if not, there has to be at least one thing positive you could focus on.
all i mean is if you stress negatively over what has already been done, it makes it easier for things to get worse than to get better.

nope. the relationship with my partner gets better and beter everyday. its nver been at a 'worse' stage...so no i dont agree
