Free to play clan?????

I don't know of any free to play clans...... WOuld it be a good idea to setup a clan???
The main question is how would i go about creating one, and how do i attract people to it?

look for clan requirements on a fansite clan.and just use the same requirements if you think that there alright for your character....make sure its atleast 10 lvls below your account.if its more then what you got then it will just make you look wierd.but....yeah...make sure you have some rules and such like that will make ur clan more organized.
