it is white lie is good?or bad?

sometimes i lie in order to defend and protect myself.and in order no hurt the feelings of your loveones..is that bad?

to lie is bad ..becose if u do that u are condamned to rember that lie all time...this can be a big problem becouse you are told to sey the reall deal al time
