how much time do u spend on yourself in a day..?

how much time do u do something only for yourself and not for family and friends? then it can be for anything your interests, your beauty routine, studying for yourself, talking to yourself, being alone is a room for isolation....how much time in a day??

Usually I dont spend time on myself ...unless n until my husband forces me to take a break ............and now when he is abroad.......there is nobody to force me even......so I dont remember lately spending time solely for myself........

i spend some 2 - 3 hrs on my interests everyday. in fact i sometimes go on for longer than 5 hrs. i prefer to spend time at home on my interests than go out and waste time. so i do spend some 3 hrs everyday on myself. i think it is a good lot of time for myself...

I am not counting the time spent on sleep, bathing eating etc... as it is the time spent on my physical body. I consider the real time spent for myself is the time I indulge in meditation.
