Staff performances

If you are speaking of the lurkers that are called Moderators then I am not sure they are doing a good job. We still don't know what we do when we get something deleted. If there are a number of them then we should be emailed about our activities which cost us time and pocket money. Anonymity is not really necessary. I try to do my best while here and lose points and it would be grand to find out if I had a hand in these loss in points. I organize my day and it is a disservice to reach my goal and come back find a loss. Would much rather avoid the activity or discussion and not be punished. They may be cleaning things up however not sure they go about it the best way that they could.

I have never had to ask any of the staff of MyLot to help me out with anything. That leads me to believe that they are working very hard to fix ALL of the problems.. before we even encounter them. MyLot is very well organised and run perfectly. Congrats to all the staff at MyLot for outstanding performance.
