Do you go to Church every Sunday?

We cannot deny the fact that there are those people who thinks that going to mass is useless. I always go to mass every sunday and church holidays to hear the sermon and the good news of the Lord. There are no other things you can do to your friend but to guide her with what you know about the teachings of the Church. If you could convince her to join you in going to mass then the better it is. For some people who comes to mass just for the sake of tradition and routine, they should consider thinking and reflecting on what they're doing.

I am not a Christian & as a Hindu I surely attend various religious functions & pray religiously. As of your friend, it is her mother & her family. Why interfere then? God will himself make your friend turn to prayers & to him. Its a matter of time really.

I also don't prefer going to church, because I don't believe on some of what the church is teaching us. I prefer reading the bible than listening and praying in public, I've learned that it is not a good way in doing that. So I think you just have to let what your friends' belief is, eveyone has their own right on what to believe in..
