I know that we are all taught by the elders, on what is rightr and what is wrong...doing good gives you rerward afterwards but doing bad have a right punishment...some things are bad to others but it isn't to the other one...some says evil has a beautiful side, is it true?how would you say that a deed is evil, and when it is not? I really wonder on what is the basis on categorizing evil from good...is it because it is fobidden by the law or does it involve your consciense?
Which is right and which is not?

CS Lewis talks about that in Mere Christianity, I think. He says something along the lines of: there are morals hardwired into our psyche. People instinctively know not to break in line, people don't look down on killing each other, and theft isn't condoned. True evil is the kind of person that kills a man, stabs a witness in the throat, and kicks a baby while taking its candy, laughing all the while.
I guess what I'm saying is that evil is hard to define, but you definitely know it when you see it.

Evil is telling a lie.
When an innocent person is convicted of a crime because of a lie that is pure evil.
If I lie about your conduct for personal gain that is evil.
Evil kills innocence.
