Why is that in India alone... being an literate country with so much of growth oppurtunities... theres no rule to avoid spitting on the road !!! It gets absolutely disgusting to see them in fron off you spitting on the road. To over come this what do u suggest would be the best suggestions?

Well,the most important thing to overcome this is that we all realise our duties and dont do such things.and keep our india clean.And also govt can help in this by making strict laws and implementing them strictly.This will help INDIA be a better place.
