Do you have gray hair?

How old were you when you got your first gray hair? What percentage of your head is gray now? What do you think causes it? I got my first at 12 and am now more than 50% gray, with my temples being pure white. I know heredity is a factor for me, but I think stress plays a part, too.

My mom's hairdresser discovered a white streak at 11. Now I'm probably 75% white. My mom has always said that its not surprising that we, my sibs & I, went gray early, what surprised her was that we didn't get the nearly black hair of our parents. They had started out blond as children but had nearly black hair as adults.

Well, I was about 45 when I started to get som strings of gray and now it is about 70% grey. Maybe it has partly to do with genethics, my mother had almost no grey hair when she was my age.
You could at least think positive about it, some people colour their hair with light locks here and there, you save the money!! :o)
Maybe we all should try to make changes in our lives to get rid of stress as far as possibe and also learn positive thinking.
I have som beautiful stones on the tabe and every time I see them, I think of something I am greatful for.
