vande mataram -- or ----- yeh jo des hai tera

VANDEMATARAM is my all time favourite....the patroitism in that song is really good..the way the tune is composed was awesome..The entire nation likes this song..and no doubt about that..

A tough choice bro,but as both songs are patriotic and so so.... touching,I would like to split them into 2 categories.VANDE MATARAM would come as a song that shook the world and YEH JO DES HAI TERA would come as a song that is still shaking the world especially people who know the language HINDI.AR RAHMAN deserves a lot more for his beautiful creations though music,hats of to him.

For me both are equally good. If you want me to rate them then vande mataram would be slighltly higher rated than yeh jo desh hai tera.

I liek them both but yeh jo des hai tera is a little better then the other.

Both are wonderful compositions and are sung wonderfully too. One is awe inspiring (Vande Mataram) while other is soothing. One cannot be chosen ahead of the other. It would be like choosing one from the eyes or the ears.

i think both of these songs are great in their own way.firstly a.r rehman had made the song vande mataram in which he himself sang so the song touches my soul.bt the second song was not like the first one.it was slow n yet affective that touched the heart.thus both these songs stand at their own different place. one cant chose one of them.

I like both but specially Vande Matram, the music by A.R.Rahman is excellent.
