incase if you have a credit card or a debit card with a cvv number then you can get your account verified once thats done you can transfer the money into your credit/debit card and then you can use that money like a normal account , another way is to request a check,.. but that would be a costlier options and also time taking process,...

I do have credit cards of Indian banks. These are either visa or master cards. Whether these will do? Also, what is cvv number, please explain.
