chest pain?

I am 28 years old and recently i am experiencing chest pains. They happen for no reason, when i am relaxing, on bed, sitting and standing but not after an exercise.It is a stabbing pain and sometimes squeezing pain and gets worse when i inhale deep. its always in the same place right in the heart area. it last for about 15 sec - 3 min. Im worried can anyone give me advice?

I would check with your doctor. It could be something like Mitral Valve Prolapse, which for the most part is just a pain in the but or it could be something else. There are many reasons why it can happen. A doctor is the best one to check on it and verify what it is. They can run tests and determine best what it is and what it is not.
