ok, it's over between you and your ex who was your puppy love. it was you who called it quits with him. years later you bumped into each other. he tells you he still hasnt found the right one. you have no intention of connecting with the guy again as you now lead a happy life with someone you call your soulmate..you know where the line is and so does he. but can you really be friends in the true sense of the word?

I have never been able to remain friends with an ex. Once you cross that line it's too hard to go back.

Sure you can remain friends!! If you are both in agreement that nothing will happen, and if you and he can both be trusted to maintain that line, then friendship is possible. My boyfriend is on friendly terms with his ex-wife....even more so when I got involved, because they both realize that I am totally neutral.

it is possible that exlovers can be friends...as long as you separated without any such hard feelings....
