why i m not getting much responses of my discussions?

Hello friends.Can any one tell me why i am not getting much responses from the discussions i used to past at mylot.I think that i use to select the good topic for discussion and used to post healthy and good matter under that topic,still i m getting very small responses,hardly one to two responses.
