where to post your discussions?

hi! i was just wondering...when you start a new discussion, do you file it under the general discussion or do you properly file it under a suitable interest. i usually file it under the general discussion and hope that it gets noticed in the plentitude of new posts that emerge forth every minute. when i started out, i tried posting under interests section, but found it too cumbersome and just as non-rewarding as the posting under general section.

I always try to start the discussions under the interest catagory it falls in ..but sometimes its hard to tell exactly which one it does work better in ... When you start looking at the number of people in certain interest you always want to add your to the one with the most ...lol but I try to make sure it is in the right one ...have fun ...things will pick up for you once people see your work ... :D
