Unwind.... It Feel Great and Refreshed..Have you Try

I was down with stress, depression over family and work matters. I have been working hard in the office doing 2 person job as my partner is on hospitalisation leave. Plus what happen with my siblings also take a toll on me. Yesterday, I had the opportunity unwinding. I went for full body massage and a facial treatment. Its really refreshing. I am now back to myLOT discussion and looking forward to more discussion. Have you ever unwind yourself after hard work and stress? What normally you all do to unwind? Do share.

We all get this way from time to time - it's part of life, but recognizing and learning how to cope with it is the key. Having a full body massage and a facial treatment worked for you, and re-vitilized you, making you feel ready to cope with whatever problems come your way again.
What works for me is this - I take a long walk along the beach then find myself a nice spot and sit and watch the ocean, the surfers, people swimming, children playing, etc. When I see the simple beauty of nature, I find it blows all the cobwebs away, and makes me feel good inside. It makes me feel alive and happy. I also find listening to my favourite music helps, but to a lesser degree.

Hmm, thank you for sharing with me of your experience to unwind. I used to do that when I'm younger. I would love to walk at the beach and looking to the sea. I imagine myself at the beach when reading your respond to this topic. It help me to feel good though. I appreciate your sharing and concern.

I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling better both emotionally and physically. Stress can easily burn you out so do take care. As for me, I would normally go for body massage just like you.. it really get the body going again :)

Physically yes, I felt so much better. Emotionally, I'm still coping with the reality and hoping to face them with open heart. At least, I'm more tolerant and preparing myself on what Allah's plan. Yeah, body massage at least release the inner tension. Thanks my fren.

hugs...its great tat u r feeling better. A little stress is healthy but too much aint good. I wud go for brisk walks listening to my music and really sweat it out. Another way is just having a longggggggg hot bath with lotsa bubbles,soothing music and a big cold cup of ice coffee. Tat work for me :)
