By presenting a anti development budget the finance minister has cheated the people of India. While saying that the govt is with the people, the finance minister is going exactly the other way.

Most politicians as well as government officials are like that. They promise to improve the life of the poor but the policies they execute are different. Take the Bush Government as an example. They dispatch army to middle east with the pretext that the action is to eliminate terrorism, but who knows what exactly they have in the mind.
