yesterday I read in newspaper about the brutal killing of 4 years boy some stray dogs. The boy was playing with his friends in the colony and stray dogs attacked him suddenly and dragged him to open ground and finally mauled him. It was a horrible news for me, but next day it was more shocking when I saw some NGOs reply they were saying that they haven't received fund from the government for animal birth control programme. they also told that dogs dont attack unless provoked.. How they can say this. did the 4 year boy provoked so many dogs that why they came and attacked him. why dont people think before stating this type of messages. even this case haven't happened first time even one month ago a small girl was also attacked with the same way and she is no more now:( so friends what do you think, whose life is important stray dogs, which mauled a 4 year boy and a girl or a human life
