Hi! Seems like you're new here. Welcome to myLot! Well, I know that anything in excess or anything deficient is bad. Thus, too much rice could be bad indeed. Rice is rich in carbohydrates which needs to be burned somehow by activity. It's important to eat a balanced diet. Since rice is carbs, there is a need to also fill one's diet with proteins and fats as well, in the right proportion. An excess of carbohydrates which aren't worked out would build-up in the body and could cause a lot of health problems in the future.
