Warmer Weather can't come fast enough--Are you Ready?

Honestly I can't wait for the nice weather. I want the white stuff gone! I can't wait to go for walks with my daughter in her stroller. Fresh air for her, and fresh air and exercise for me. I find fresh air and exercise helps me in so many ways. Mentally as I am bi-polar, physically as I have a few pounds I'd love to lose, and I just love being out in the sunshine!

Our winter has not been too bad here as we have had very little snow and the temperatures were on the mild side for the most part til the last few weeks. Yesterday we almost got to 60 degrees so that was nice. I am though ready for warmer weather and more sunshine later in the day so that I can do more after work. I love going for walks at the park after work when it is light out and warmer. I can not wait to do that again. I also like to sit out back on my patio and relax. I will be going to Texas at the end of this month to visit family and will probably do some traveling this summer as well.

I cannot WAIT for warmer weather to get here (not necessarily the HOT HOT weather). I love being able to sleep with my windows open and catch a nice breeze. What I'm really excited about is the fact that I just bought a house with a deck on it. Because I love to BBQ, I CANNOT WAIT to buy a grill and throw some parties for my parents, and my aunt and lil cousin. The kitchen is huge so there will be enough room for us ladies to cook, cook, cook... while the men grill, grill, grill. Family, loads of fun and good food... it doesn't get much better then that now does it? :)

Oh there is so much to do with the warmer weather here now ...I was wearing shorts to work last week yeah!!! I havw really lost my tan ...lol now its back to shaving my legs ..not ... School will be out soon and the kids are getting anxious already ...lol..time for vacations is for sure ... going to the creek swimming and I just can't wait ...

I am looking very forward to going to AZ in April to see my New great grand Son by then He will be 3 months old. I cant wait. In the spring and Summer I look forward to planting my Veggie garden and flower gardens and this year setting up a Fountain with water runing down hill to our pond. We will have to figure out how to do that. I guess pump the water up from the pond and let it run down back into the pond We are going to make a 12 in wide space with stones and a few rocks in it for the water to run down. I think it is going to be pretty. I have a Butterfly garden and it is just beautiufl and cant wait to have the Butterflies there again. Last Year we aslo had about 75 Hummingbirds with the Butterflies and of course had about a dozen feeders out for the hummingbirds. We also have Butterfly houses put up. It is coming closer every day.

in england this winter has been so mild that it has been like a long spring! even in january which is usually freezing i have been able to garden and just stand at the kitchen door drinking tea without feeling a bit cold, this year is predicted to be hotter than last year so i am getting ready for it all ready, i am trying to lose a bit of weight so the hot weawther isn't a problem plus i am growing my hair as i fancy it long this summer - i can't wait.

I look forward to spring. I love spring. I work in the garden planting flowers, etc. I also put away all my winter clothes and get out my spring and summer clothes. spring is my favorite season. it`s not to hot and not to cold.

I too cannot wait for the warm weather! It is going to be in the teens again this week-- But finally hit 40 again by Friday and Saturday-- Just in time for the weekend! Don't get me wrong- I love the snow and the winter activities.. Sledding, tubing, snowmen.. But I love the bike rides, walks, swimming, playing outside with all the heavy winter clothes on. I can't wait for Spring! My daughter and I walk around our large yard as soon as the snow melts in hopes to find new flowers starting to pop out- I love warm weather!

I love warm weather and didnt know what I was missing till Friday. Yesterday, we went back to the orange county area an hour away where we used to live. It was warmer as we drove and to me that was warm weather. Orange county. Now we live by the beach and it can get "warm" but not too warm. I'll get back to you later this spring and in the summer! I am ready for warm weather and hope it gets a bit warmer than it has been. Still 60's in the house at night (colder out) and during the day who knows. I love it warm but never hot :/ no comment *L*

i dont like summers for the heat. my place gets really hot and i start missing winters as soon as hte temperatures start rising. i'll have to wait for another 6-7 mths to feel the chill again. summers for me mean hot days when u can t go out or stay inside. u will see me grumbling through most of the summer months. the only thing one can enjoy in summers is the juices which cool you, thats all...

I look forward to the warmer weather that melts the snow from the mountain ski hills and trails so that I can go hiking again. We have a lot of easily accessible mountains here in Vancouver, and they are a lot of hiking trails available to us, with various difficulty levels, from sedate, to extremely challenging. Usually, those that head towards the peaks aren't fully clear till the Summer months - July August time, but there are many lower down that are clear round about June. I can't wait to head on back out there. Quite apart from the whole keeping fit thing, the views from higher up are spectacular.

oh i envy you i love the winter and here in israel the winter days alltogether were somthing like forteen days we almost did not feel there was a winter. and the spring already got here. there is sun all day and a bit of a wind. i doslike the hot summer seasons in here..too hot somtime it is enjoyable going to the sea..but you can not do it every day because of work and other resposibilities..so the heat and the humid weather bothers me i like the winter the best and i would my vacations in the winter..uusually to europe or the u.s.

Show me the heat. It definitely can't come soon enough for me especially since we dipped into the 20s last night. My friends keep telling me I'm crazy because I'm going to Las Vegas this summer and have planned my vacation the last week of June. They expect the temperature to be 105 degrees that week. I personally love the heat and will take it to the cold anyday. So bring on the heat.

I am soooo tired of winter. It is the same every March for me. Let Spring get here already. I do not usually plan summer holidays. I prefer traveling to the Caribbean after the hurricane season. Late November or so. I love to run however, so the warm summer weather means finally getting rid of those layers of clothes.

Hi there mz,yes I am with you!I can't wait until the warm weather kicks in.Tomorrow suppose to be in the 70's, wont know how to act.It suppose to be in the 70's up until thursday, you know thats a tease ryt!lol but when it does come back to stay i will be so happy. I love the warm weather.I was born in the summer so heat is no problem for me.I love to bbq,beach,parks,socials...My family and i wish to go to the Bahamas, so hopefully that will happen.That is good your mother keeps your son for the summer.My friend is lucky like you, in the summer her inlaws keep her two children during summer break up in philly and we live here in va.

Oh Yes and it is here for us in MS. I have finished puttig away all winter clothing as of March 10, 2007. All summer clothing is out and ready for me to wear. I am pulling out the garden stuff and will mow my lawn next week. WOOHOO! Back to walking and working in the yard and getting slim and trim. :) Also I am on my way to Holland in May so life could not get any better than this.

Yes I look forward to it as well but I can't complain too much about our winter. I live in Ontario and typically our winters can get pretty bad. We have had some unusually mild temperatures over the last few years. Now we have had a couple bad storms but nothing out of the ordinary. I do look forward to cleaning my windows and opening them. Getting my garden ready. I love doing all that. Hearing the kids playing outside. But gardening is my favorite thing. I just love it. It'll be so nice to clean up my front hall and put all the boots and coats away too. I get sick of all the sand being dragged in.

Oh, you have me so ready for the warmer weather after reading your post. I love warm weather and I can't wait for it to get here. It's actually supposed to be 68 here tomorrow and that's good because it's been so cool lately. I like putting the winter clothes up and getting out the spring/summer clothes. We don't really take a lot of vacations but I'm thinking we might go stay with my grandmother in Florida some this summer. I babysit during the day for teachers so I will have this summer off since they will be keeping their kids home with them. It will be so nice because I'll be able to go do all the things I want to do during the day. I'll open up the windows and start my spring cleaning. I am SO ready for the warmer weather.

We've had more or less up & down weather when winter time rolled around. A lot of the time it would be extremely cold & it would snow non-stop. Other times we would have days where the sun would be out, things would be melting. Then the next day it would go back to being extremely cold all over again. I know we went through a lot of this. And now everything is melting & it is supposed to be rather nice weather wise down here this weekend. So that will be a nice change all over again. I do sometimes miss the warm weather. As I find in winter time there are some things that you are unable to do. I can't wait until summer time rolls around as I find there is much more time spent outside of the house instead of always being inside. I honestly miss just going outside with my other half & puppy & just throwing the football or frisbee around. And having her bring it back to us. I also love being able to chase our pup around the back yard without worrying if I am going to fall due to hitting a piece of ice.. I love in the summer time taking my puppy out for a walk.. I love being able to get some exercise & fresh air outside of the house.. I find in the winter time it's difficult to do this as I don't want to take her out for a walk in freezing cold weather quite honestly. I also love just having a BBQ outside. I miss having a BBQ as I miss the different flavor of the foods we prepare on our BBQ. I also miss just being able to sit outside in the backyard at a table together while eating our dinner. I love sitting across from my other half in the summer time at the picnic table we have outside.. I find we've created some wonderful memories together outside in the summer time.. I look forward to creating new memories with him when spring or summer rolls around all over again. My other half & me do not go on vacations all to much.. But we do take full advantage of the nice weather summer time brings. I know that we want to pack a basket full of food this summer & go out & find a nice shady spot with our pup & go & have a picnic in a park.. Or a place where it is a beautiful surrounding.. I know we would like to go swimming, or even go on go carts this summer.. We also have a carnival in the summer time that rolls around.. Where there are a bunch of rides you can go on.. And I'd love to do this with my other half.. I want to take full advantage of doing all of these things together with him. I want to create new memories with him. I know we would like to eventually go on vacation together. But we have to save up for something such as this before deciding to do so. Who knows we may still go on holidays together when my other half gets some days off. But we will have to see. In conclusion.. I am so very ready for summer time to roll around. I miss those nice hot summer days. I also miss the smell of fresh cut grass.. And people having a bon fire in the back yard.. Or people having a BBQ with the people whom they love during the summer time. I feel that I am looking forward to creating new memories with my other half & pup this summer. And to me each season is not the same, but are all so different & unique in there own little way. I love how each season brings something different. I look forward to doing all of the fun things that I had listed above with my other half this upcoming summer. I can't wait to look back at the memories we are about to create this summer years from now. I love being able to get out of the house more when summer time rolls around. Summer in general is something to look forward to for me & my other half quite honestly! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

I love the warmer weather also . I hate the cold and rain . The summer weather is the only time of the year that I can go visiting family and friends from away as it is the only time of the year we can really afford to go . I also love just being able to take the little one's outside without worrying that they are going to get sick from the cold and worrying about getting all the snow gear on them . It's a time when we can go to the park and just have a picnic or watch the little one's on all the different toys that they have for the children to play on . The warmer weather alwasy seems to give me more energy to get out and do something whereas the cold just makes me want to stay indoors .
