Seek help losing weight and become healthy ....

i am 37 years old, i find ugly coz im getting fat and feel sick i really want to lose weight and i use different kinds of dieting but cant help me losing my weight my height is only 5 feet and my weight is almost 150 lbs...i lose hope please help me find another way?
