Is it legal/right to kill Stray Dogs in Bangalore?

Depends solely on the countries laws. If there are not any stray dog killing laws then it probably would be OK. Otherwise no it is illegal. I personally think killing stray dogs that look like they are going to die soon right so that you take him out of his misery. Other than that i would say it is wrong.
